Frequently asked questions
Everything you need to know about playing on HoodWin — deposits, withdrawals, fairness and the $HOODWIN token. Still stuck? Reach us on X (@HoodWinOfficial) or at contact@hoodwin.gg.
Do I need a crypto wallet to play?
You can browse and create an account without one, but you need a connected wallet to deposit and withdraw. HoodWin supports any EIP-6963 browser wallet (MetaMask, Rabby, Coinbase Wallet, the Robinhood wallet and more).
Connecting only ever asks your wallet to sign a login message — it costs no gas and never approves spending.
Do I have to reconnect my wallet every visit?
No — connect once. Once you've signed in with your wallet, HoodWin re-attaches it automatically each time you return, so you can open the cashier straight away without connecting again.
How do I deposit?
Press Deposit on the balance bar at the top of the lobby, then:
1. Pick the network your funds are on — Ethereum or
Robinhood Chain. HoodWin scans your wallet and
recommends one.
2. Enter an amount (or tap a quick chip / MAX).
3. Confirm the transaction in your wallet.
That's it — your play balance is credited automatically the moment the network confirms the transaction.
What's the minimum deposit?
The minimum deposit is 0.003 ETH. There's no maximum
beyond what your wallet holds (minus network gas).
Which networks can I deposit from?
Ethereum and Robinhood Chain. HoodWin detects which network your wallet is on and shows your balance there; tap the other network's card to switch your wallet to it and deposit from those funds instead.
How long until my deposit shows up?
As soon as the network confirms your transaction — usually seconds to a couple of minutes depending on the chain. You don't need to keep the page open; the credit lands when the confirmation does, and any deposit that confirmed while you were away is credited the next time you sign in.
How do I withdraw?
Open Profile → Wallet (from the account menu) and press Withdraw. Then:
1. Enter the amount to send from your play balance.
2. Choose where it goes — an Ethereum wallet address,
or your Robinhood account.
3. Submit the request.
Your balance updates immediately and the payout is queued to the destination you chose. You can watch its status under Recent transactions on the same page.
Is there a withdrawal fee?
Network fees on payouts are covered by the house — the amount you request is the amount sent to your destination.
Where does my withdrawal arrive?
To whichever destination you enter — a standard Ethereum
0x… address, or the email tied to your Robinhood account.
Double-check the address before submitting: on-chain transfers can't be
reversed.
Is HoodWin provably fair?
Yes. Every result is derived from a server seed (committed in advance as a hash you can see before you bet), your own client seed, and an incrementing nonce. After a round you can reveal the server seed and recompute the outcome yourself to prove it wasn't changed. See Provably Fair in the account menu.
Is my balance real money?
Your play balance is what you use across the games. Deposits are real on-chain transactions that fund that balance, and withdrawals send funds back out to your wallet. Only play responsibly and never deposit more than you're comfortable with.
What is $HOODWIN?
$HOODWIN is the casino's native token — earn it by wagering, and use it for staking, rakeback boosts and fee perks. It hasn't launched yet; open the $HOODWIN page in the header to watch the live price, contract address and chart the moment it goes live. Nothing on that page is a solicitation to buy.
